What I'm reading for #MGReadathon!

Hey everyone! I'm so excited to be participating in the 48 Hour #MGReadathon hosted by Karen Yingling at Ms. Yingling Reads! This reading challenge is pretty much all we've been hoping for—an excuse to try and read for as many hours straight as we can in a 48-hour period!

My plan is to use this time to cram in a bunch of picture books that have been filling up my reading list. I may review some of these books later, but for now, I will just be listing them throughout the day. I was going to use a Goodreads gadget, but it wasn't working, so just click the link below to see what I've been reading throughout the day—and make sure to check out the challenge and consider participating!

Update in the evening of July 16, 2022: I've officially read 15 picture books in about 2 hours, 45 minutes, which I am happy with—although I kind of wonder where all the other hours in the day went! I probably won't read as much tomorrow, but I'm definitely curious to see what I can do.

Update later in the evening of July 16, 2022: I thought I was done reading today, but I decided to take 30 minutes tonight to read 3 more picture books!

Update in the morning of July 17, 2022: I started the day off with another 30 minutes of reading, fitting in 2 more beautiful picture books! That brings my total read up to 20.

Update in the afternoon of July 17, 2022: I spent about 1 hour, 15 minutes reading 9 picture books, which means I have officially finished all 29 books I borrowed for this challenge! We'll see if I end up reading more in my last few hours, or if I decide to just work on blog posts about all the books I've been reading.

Update in the evening of July 17, 2022: I now have a graphic of everything I read this weekend—here it is!

    1. I'm so sorry, Jennifer! You could definitely still fit in some reading today, and maybe just stretch the challenge into tomorrow (or just keep it a 24-hour challenge today). But I appreciate it—I'm having a great time indeed!
